  • Using OnBase, I completed the development of a workflow application.  This application allowed Inspection Services to transform from a manual paper handling operation, to a best of bread document management operation.  The system allowed office and field personnel to exchange inspection requests and results, without phone calls or trips back to the office.  Furthermore, the system allowed management instance access to operational efficiency reports.
  • Performing DBA tasks for several instances of MS SQL (versions 2005 and 2012) and Oracle (version 9); MS SQL v2005 to be phased out by June 30, 2015.  These DB instances are used to support applications ranging from simple permit tracking systems to enterprise document imaging and GIS systems.

  • On team that supports the middle tier systems in the Cold Roll Mill.  Middle tier meaning the interface between the Level 1 Systems, factory floor system, program logic controllers (PLC), and production machinery and the Level 3 Systems, Customer Service and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. 
  • Managed for all DBA duties for several instances of MS SQL, Oracle, and MS Access databases.

• Worked with client team to design, develop, and implement a Windows desktop application that replaced manual processes that ran 5 to 7 days per week taking a minimum of 3-man hours per day.  The new application required less than 30-man minutes per day to complete.  The new application also included batch ETL processes that analyzed data entered separate systems in different file formats and reported inconsistencies for end user correction.  The resulting relational data base tables are available for further analysis by end user personnel.
